These Terms apply when you choose to make modifications to your certificate during the renewal period. The terms "you" and "your" reference the member, and the terms "we", "us", "our", "the Credit
Union" and "KCU" refer to Kitsap Credit Union.
Modification requests submitted through digital banking will be effective if the request is submitted within the designated modification or grace period, as outlined in Truth-in-Savings disclosure and Certificate Maturity Notice. If the modification request is received outside the designated modification or grace period, KCU will reject the modification request. KCU is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the rejection of a modification request submitted outside the designated period. All modification requests are subject to approval. KCU reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By proceeding with your modification request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and
conditions.
