Doris Heritage
At 81 years old, Doris Heritage boasts an impressive, world-class career as both an athlete and a coach that started right here in Pierce County. From running the beaches of Fox Island as a young girl to becoming the first woman to run a sub five-minute mile indoors in history, Doris’s passion for running and perseverance despite the challenges she faced as a result of gender discrimination in the 1950s would see her become a legendary runner and inspiring coach for other world-class athletes like herself. "Anything is possible with a good team, if everybody does their part,” Doris said. “Especially if you enjoy doing your part together."
Michael Callahan
With an impressive two-decade long career at UW Rowing, Michael Callahan, knows the value of a synergistic team. Part of UW Rowing since 1996, Michael has become a prominent and steadfast figure in the rowing community not only leading the men’s rowing team to victory countless times during his 18 years as head coach but his holistic approach to coaching allows those around him to reach success. “A good coach cares about you, helps you navigate rough waters, and works tirelessly to make your dreams a reality,” said Michael.
Nichole Martin
Driven by her love for water sports instilled in her by her family from a young age and the sense of community she found early on in rowing, Nichole Martin has cultivated a coaching career with SeattleU Crew and the Lake Union master’s men’s team that promotes inclusivity and knows the power of a cohesive team. With nearly a decade of coaching experience under her belt, Nichole’s compassionate approach mirrors the community of rowers she grew up in.

PEAK ACCOUNT MONTHLY QUALIFICATIONS*

The qualification period runs from the 1st day of the month until the last day of the month. Qualified Rate for Peak Account is 3.30% APY on the first $15,000, 0.05% APY on remaining balances. Monthly qualifications: (1) Complete 12 or more in-person or online point-of-sale (POS) transactions or debit or credit card purchases (excluding recurring payments set up on the debit or credit card) that post and clear by close of business on the last day of month. Qualifying credit card transactions must be made with a credit card that is under the same Primary Membership Account as the Peak Account; (2) Sign up for electronic account statements (e-statements) by the last day of the month; and (3) Complete a qualifying Electronic Transaction that posts by the last day of the month: Receive a direct deposit, conduct an outgoing ACH transaction, or perform an online payment using our Bill Pay service.
